And how to make them happen in this crazy seller’s market. Which won’t last forever. Here in Utah we have 151,719 Veterans, 118,616 have seen combat. That’s 78% of Utah veterans!

2020 VA borrowers have a median FICO score of 741! Liquid assets =$17,032 and 29% were able to make a down payment, even tho not necessary. In Utah in 2020 the veterans average loan amount was $326,237.

Another crazy busy week in St George Utah as visitors flock to view the 29 remarkable  parade homes! 29 homes available to view not to mention the plethora of Open Houses. If you get up with the sun and use all the daylight you are looking at 2 full days to get the 2021 St George Utah Parade of Homes done.
