And how to make them happen in this crazy seller’s market. Which won’t last forever. Here in Utah we have 151,719 Veterans, 118,616 have seen combat. That’s 78% of Utah veterans!

2020 VA borrowers have a median FICO score of 741! Liquid assets =$17,032 and 29% were able to make a down payment, even tho not necessary. In Utah in 2020 the veterans average loan amount was $326,237.
