It’s been a long day of shopping for your new home and you’re starving. Well my first choice in St George is going to be Red Fort Cuisine Of India. Never tried Indian food? You will enjoy the unique experience of this place! The absolute best and most delicious treats for your taste buds.

A awesome wine and beer menu to enjoy with your meal. One of our favorites is Chicken Tikka Masala paired with a Taj Mahal, 22 oz, India beer, 22 ounces so it’s known as the beer for lovers…my lady and I always share! They have their own tandoor oven so the naan is to die for. Everything is made from scratch and will delight. Staff is friendly and accommodating as well.

So if the normal food chain type meal is not on your list and you are looking for a true culinary experience you need to try Red Fort. I highly recommend it. They also have a large selection of Vegan and vegetarian dishes that will delight. You won’t find tastier cuisine from India.

I will add this is a family run restaurant and they have a couple of other locations up north in Salt lake City. Bombay House. Now don’t be fooled by the Bombay House in St George, no relation or comparison on quality, cleanliness and taste.

I was fortunate to get into Doug Cook’s VA Loan 101- Battle Book class at our Washington County Board of Realtors (WCBR). three hours of awesome information on VA Loans. And how to make them happen in this crazy seller’s market. Which won’t last forever. Here in Utah we have 151,719 Veterans, 118,616 have seen combat. That’s 78% of Utah veterans!

2020 VA borrowers have a median FICO score of 741! Liquid assets =$17,032 and 29% were able to make a down payment, even tho not necessary. In Utah in 2020 the veterans average loan amount was $326,237.
