Directions
N on Beryl Hwy, then turn Rt at Beryl Lund Railroad Frontage Rd (dirt road) just before RR tracks. Follow frontage road for about 10.5 miles and cross RR tracks at 14400 N. Follow dirt road thru gate for about 1 mile and turn Rt on dirt road. Follow dirt road for about 1/2 mile which will bring you to the SW corner of the 160 acres. Property corner are staked at rough locations.
