How I’m Paid

• 􏰀  I am not paid a salary or wage. I work on commission and get paid only upon a successful closing.
• 􏰀  The commission is paid directly to my brokerage who then shares some of it with me.
• 􏰀  I pay for all professional services such as CPA, attorney, graphic designers, photographers and home stagers.
• 􏰀  I pay all of my business expenses including

o Education

o Gasoline, automobile insurance and maintenance
o Travel and lodging for real estate seminars and
o All dues to National Association of Realtors, Utah Association of

Realtors and Washington County Board of Realtors. And all MLS

fees.
o I pay for all marketing expenses including websites, print advertising,

and online advertising.
