My name is David Ferrario. Im interested in buying some property in the Kolob area. But I have a few questions regarding electricity & water. Are all cabins on generators or is there power to the Kolob area?
And also water, is it all by tank or is in ground? Wells?
And I think its all septic if Im correct.

The water source varies from one community to the other. All septic is correct. Power varies as well…some off the grid others on. You just need to deal with each one on an individual basis…also no winter access if that matters. You could access with snowcat or snowmobile.
