About Foreclosure Homes

That can mean as little as 7 out of 100 homes are presumed to be a good value. We see around 200 closings in any 30 day period in St. George and one third or more of those are REO homes. When you look at the most popular price points the percentage for REO’s vs. other contracts is even larger and more competitive.

One of the great things about an REO property is the value, for the most part they are priced correctly right from the start and most asset companies will adjust the price in 30 to 45 days to get the property off their books.  Sometimes after 90 days they change real estate agents, the banks want these gone!

St. George Utah foreclosures will definitely impact you as a buyer and as a seller. As a buyer you will be trying to secure a great home at a great price, this home will be found in 20% to 25% of our available St. George Utah homes for sale. What Condition will my St. George Foreclosure be in?

The home will always be sold “AS IS” with no seller’s disclosures. You may find fresh paint and new carpets, every bank has their own spin on what they are willing to do to get the home sold.
